Working principle:
Vortex pumps circulate without clogging thanks to their open blades. 15% of the pumped liquid touches the impeller, the other part of the liquid is sent to the outlet with a second swirl movement without touching the impeller. Corrosion is minimized due to low fluid contact with the impeller. There is no flow and no pressure loss in the pump due to the corrosion inside the body. Benefits: • Non-clogging: This is the main feature of this type of pump. Solid particles that are smaller than the outlet diameter do not clog the pump or cause problems in long fibers. • Free passage: The fluid channels of the fluid are not closed with the impeller and only 15% provide the total momentum passing through the fins. • Gentle pumping: Does not damage the crystals as the pressure process in the body is slower. • Vibration-free function: The impeller is on the same axis as the body.
